Jane Mason Joins FairSetup Advisory Board

Jane Mason is currently Vice President, Commercial Services, at Cambridge Trust Company and is based at the Cambridge Innovation Center. Jane holds an MBA from Simmons School of Management and has over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurial, consulting, small business, and large corporate environments. Her experience includes a position as vice president of an international consulting firm, founder of Boston Business Ventures, corporate financial analyst for a multi-national consumer electronics conglomerate, and controller of a publicly-traded (NASDAQ) manufacturing company. Jane’s career focus has been in corporate finance, strategic planning, M&A, turnaround and workout assignments. She has served on various boards and is currently a member of the Board of Incorporators for the Boston Local Development Corporation, member of the SBANE Women’s Business Committee, Advisor to Innovation Nights, Director of WEST, and has volunteered time and resources to the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship and other non-profits.

Tadao Otsuki Joins FairSetup Advisory Board

We are happy to announce that Tadao Otsuki has joined the FairSetup Advisory Board.

Mr. Otsuki founded Otsuki Consulting International, a Tokyo-based management consulting firm. Recently he was CEO of Aderans (Japan), CEO of Novations Group, Inc. (Boston), a human resources corporation.  Earlier in his career he was President of Drake Beam Morin-Japan, Inc., a human resources and talent development firm, growing the sales from $11MM revenue in 1997 to $123 MM in 2003.  Previously he was CEO at Pepsi-Cola Japan, increasing sales revenue 14% annually.  Tadao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yokohama Municipal University.
